ST JOHN'S PLACE

This project was divided into two very different aspects, 3 new build houses and the conversion of a listed hall building.

The former St John’s board hall is a grade II listed building dated 1876, located within the City walls of Canterbury and was bought by our client as a vacant and vast open space. We set about converting the space into a 5 bedroomed unique family home.

Every element of the design is bespoke from the unique study door opening, to the stair case spindles and ‘lips’ wood burning stove.

We successfully gained building control approval, and helped the client manage the build on site to include finishes and fittings.
