Kent Design Studio were called upon by one of our developer clients for a number of services for this high end residential refurbishment project close to Hyde Park in Central London.


Located on Inverness Terrace in the heart of W2, the 10 period refurbished apartments lie only a 60 second walk from Hyde Park.


With a superior specification that fuses original Victorian features alongside modern design principles these are set to be extraordinary apartments. 


Kent Design Studio carried out Full Tender and Working Drawing packages for this project, ensuring a sensitive refurbishment with a luxury finish, compliant with all of our modern day energy performance requirements and regulations was achieved.

The Bayswater Apartments are a collection of two, three and four-bedroom apartments within a Grade II listed mid-Victorian white stucco terrace on the edge of Hyde Park, W2.
