EXTENSION AND ALTERATIONS, WHITMORE, HIGH HALSTOW

This property is located in High Halstow, Kent.

We were approached by the client with a brief to completely transform their 60’s house into a modern family home, which takes advantage of great views to the rear and a sunny south facing garden.

We started with a two storey extension to the rear to create a master bedroom, ensuite, and dressing area with views to the rear, and then added a single storey extension to the rear along with some internal alterations to open up the ground floor with an open plan arrangement and lots of glazing leading out to the newly formed sun terrace.

This project was designed from start to finish by the Kent Design Studio Team, including planning, building regulations, tender, and also on site assistance when required by the contractor and client.
