We were appointed to create a design for a new entertaining space, gym and utility room in the form of a new contemporary wing.

The views to the rear of the property are breath-taking, and we wanted to create a space that meant the clients could enjoy the outdoors throughout the seasons. Floor to ceiling glass and rooflights offer light and airy spaces while high specification insulation and solar shading offers a stable environment without the heating costs.

Careful consideration was given to the adjacent listed building as well as the Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounding countryside.

Improvements were also made to the flow of the entire ground floor to offer maximum enjoyment internally and appreciation of the rolling landscape beyond.
