LOCATION: Egerton, Kent

BRIEF: Timber framed, colt style bungalow in need of updating and modernising

 

• Master plan prepared for short and long term development of the site

• External proposals included a new garage and driveway

• Internal works were planned in two stages

• Firstly, an extension to the front of the property to re locate the staircase, and create a feature entrance, with one additional bedroom

• Secondly, a large, two storey rear extension which adds a master suite and large open plan living space.

• Kent Design Studio carried out planning, building regulations and on site assistance for this project.
