The property is located near Egerton in Kent.

 

The client here moved into what was a modest, timber framed colt style bungalow in need of updating and modernising.

 

They came to Kent Design Studio in order for us to prepare a master plan for the short and long term development of the site, including a new garage and driveway, an extension to the front of the property to re locate the staircase, and create a feature entrance, with one additional bedroom and, as part of a final phase of works, a large, two storey rear extension which adds a master suite and large open plan living space.

 

The photos show the garage and front extension complete as well as the driveway. The third phase is being planned for the near future.
