Kent Design Studio inherited the approved planning scheme for 99 new dwellings at Chilmington Green and were instructed to prepare a full Building Regulation package for the scheme.

We worked closely with Jarvis Homes, who are a local family run development company based in Kent, throughout the drawing stage to ensure every aspect of the design and detailing was methodically thought through and put into practice on site.

Kent Design Studio actively provided on-site support, in regard to construction detailing, on site queries, M&E drawing packages and also reviewing other consultants’ drawings for sign off.

Kent design Studio have also undertaken several design changes from the consented planning scheme, these include alterations to the site layout, house layouts, external treatments, as well as a range of landscaping and boundary treatments, where we worked closely with the civil engineer and landscape architect.
