Kent Design Studio were approached by our client on a recommendation from an existing client based in London, to completely refurbish their house from top to bottom. As the design developed, this included taking the roof off and raising the overall height of the building, and extending and altering the existing building to create a New England style villa, a stones throw from the famous Wimbledon tennis courts.

The end result is a well laid out family home with lots of character and interesting features.
