There have been some interesting sites constraints to work with on this project, the property is located in both a conservation area and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Our design response and approach has been to ensure the scheme is sensitively designed with attention to detail at the forefront. The proposals have been carefully reviewed to explore how it will respond to the immediate rural setting and surrounding context.
The scope of works includes a single storey rear extension to accommodate a large open plan kitchen, dining and family room as well as the conversion and extension to an existing basement to provide annex style accommodation.
